In this unit you will learn about the purpose and role of research that relates to, or is relevant to, work with children. You will learn about the range of different methods you can use to gather information and the ethical issues surrounding research. You will then complete a small-scale research project focusing on a topic related to work with young children, chosen by you in consultation with your teacher.
